Eliana Alexander-Nitikin
Eliana is a Multi-award-winning actress. Her intoxicating performance has earned her a
Best Actress Award for the feature “AGENDA” at the New York International Independent Film &
Video Festival. She received her first Alma Award for the series “Foto Novelas.” Her additional
film credits are: the HBO festival winner, “El Tux,” “How the Garcia Girls Spent Their Summer,”
“Madam Marina,” “All Gods Creatures,” “La Llorona del Rio,” “Imaginary Friend,” “Kiss of a
Stranger,” “Dona Cuca,” “The Great Assault,” “Moment of Truth,’ and “Mi Vida Loca.”
On TV Eliana played “Rita Thomas” on the popular hit series “Desire” and you will
remember her from “Beverly Hills 90210,” “The Bold and the Beautiful,” “The Rockford Files: I
Still Love LA,” “Mr. Rhodes,” “Perfect Strangers,” “La Ley del Silencio” and “Los Angeles de
Charlie.” On stage she has enjoyed several national tours playing the lead roles in “West Side
Story,” “Fiddler On the Roof,” “A Chorus Line,” and “Oklahoma.” Eliana was the featured
recording artist on the soundtrack for the musical DAWGS composed by Richard and Robert
Sherman of Disney fame. She is proud to be a part of the “Encounters” series in her episode
“News From Afar.”
